Clinic Manager
We are fast-paced, high-volume oncology medical practice in Scottsdale seeking an experienced, professional, and detail-driven Office Manager to oversee daily operations and staff performance. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient office operations, exceptional patient service, and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with a strong emphasis on precision and accuracy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day office operations and overall site performanceSupervise, train, and evaluate administrative and clinical support staffImplement and maintain office policies, procedures, and workflowsOversee patient registration, scheduling, and office flowHandle patient and external complaints and resolve operational issuesEnsure accurate handling of daily receipts and office reportingMaintain office supplies, equipment, and facility needsGenerate routine operational and performance reportsStep in to support office staff as neededQualificationsMinimum of 5 years of management experience in a medical office or outpatient healthcare settingStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with EMR systems and medical billing processesKnowledge of insurance procedures and healthcare regulationsProficiency with computers, typing, and standard office softwareEducationBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred, Master's Degree preferred.We offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefit package including health/dental/vision and life insurance, 401K.
