Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Specialist based in Rancho Cucamonga, CA. The Quality Specialist will ensure adherence to quality standards, conduct quality audits, review project specifications, and monitor processes to confirm compliance with established protocols. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance project quality. This position also requires preparing reports, documenting findings, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Qualifications Proficiency in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and conducting auditsExperience with process improvement, compliance monitoring, and identifying operational inefficienciesStrong skills in documentation, reporting, and reviewing technical specificationsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage in effective problem-solvingKnowledge of applicable industry standards and regulatory requirementsBachelor’s degree in a related field such as engineering, quality management, or equivalent professional experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detailExperience in the construction or infrastructure sectors is a plusCertification in quality standards or methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is preferred
