Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of IT & Governance, based in Houston, TX. The Director of IT & Governance will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, and managing the organization’s IT infrastructure. This role will also encompass the leadership and execution of governance initiatives to maintain compliance, mitigate risks, and align IT practices with organizational goals. The director will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support seamless technology integration and business growth. Qualifications Proficiency in IT Management and IT OperationsStrong expertise in Information Technology and IT StrategyAdvanced skills in Network Security and ensuring system security measuresProven leadership and team management abilities within IT environmentsExperience in building and executing comprehensive IT governance frameworksAbility to identify, analyze, and manage risks within IT systemsStrong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP) are a plus
