Systems & Network Support Assistant

Overview In this Long-term Contract role based in Baton Rouge, you will provide hands-on systems and network support to keep Windows-focused infrastructure reliable and secure. You will work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot desktops, servers, and network resources, manage Active Directory tasks, and monitor performance. You’ll help deploy and maintain Windows Server and Windows 10 environments and support Dell hardware and Citrix solutions. Your work will feed into a knowledge base to improve continuity and future troubleshooting.
