About Us:Living Souls Home Care is an emerging Personal Assistance Services Agency (PASA) in Delaware currently in the pre-license phase. Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality non-medical home care services while meeting all regulatory standards.Position Overview:We are seeking a qualified Director to serve in accordance with state requirements. This role is primarily administrative and low commitment during the licensing phase.Responsibilities (Pre-Licensure Phase):Be listed as the Director for licensing with the Delaware Division of Health Care QualityReview policies and procedures as neededRemain available for occasional communication during the application processMinimum Requirements (MANDATORY):At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the homecare fieldExperience may include roles such as CNA Supervisor, Lead Caregiver, Healthcare Coordinator, or similarStrong understanding of patient care services and staff oversightAbility to meet Delaware PASA regulatory expectationsCompensation$200/month (startup/pre-licensure phase)Opportunity for increased pay and expand responsibilities upon agency approvalAdditional Information:This is a low time-commitment role during startup. Responsibilities will increase once the agency becomes operational, with adjusted compensation.Experience:Home care Supervisor: 2 years (MANDATORY)
