With stock performance up over 300% in the last five years and a company that has doubled in size over the last 12 months, this is a business with serious momentum behind it.The Casper team is looking for an accounting assistant to support their financial operations and help keep the engine running as the company continues to scale.What you'll be doing:Managing accounts payable end-to-end — invoice processing, vendor verification, and expense trackingPerforming transactional accounting entries and maintaining accurate financial records for audits and internal reviewsPreparing monthly close working papers and supporting actual vs. budget analysisPreparing local tax filings in accordance with state and county requirementsSupporting the external audit process and ensuring compliance with internal controls, US GAAP, and company policiesCollaborating with operations and vendors to resolve issues as they ariseWhat you'll bring:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or public accounting settingSolid grasp of US GAAP and internal controlsStrong attention to detail, discretion with confidential information, and the ability to work both independently and cross-functionallyWhat our client offers:Competitive base salaryAnnual bonus through cash and/or equity disbursements401(k) with 5% matchFully covered insuranceOn-site role based in CasperIf you're an organized, analytically-minded accountant ready to make an impact at a high-growth energy company, we'd love to hear from you
