Join our team and contribute to our mission of sustaining energy and water for life.Accountabilities Manage high-volume inbound calls, efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns related to billing, service requests, and account issuesProcess payments, credit card transactions, and applications for new utility service, ensuring accuracy and timelinessGenerate and manage service orders, providing customers with updates on service requestsMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, ensuring a high level of attention to detailHandle routine cash drawer management and balance transactions at the end of each dayPerform other responsibilities as requested by leadership to support overall team objectivesEducation and Experience High school diploma or equivalent required3+ years of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environmentBilingual in English/Spanish requiredAbility to manage a large volume of calls with professionalism, patience, and efficiencyStrong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with a diverse customer basePrevious cash handling experience is a plusEmpathy, problem-solving skills, and a positive attitude to help create an exceptional customer service experienceValid state driver's license8am-5pm PST, subject to change based on business needs.
