Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to oversee MEP Projects in the Lexington area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effective project management, maintaining client communication, and completing production/design tasks using Revit software. A strong background in the MEP industry with over 5 years of experience is essential.ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee MEP projects in the Lexington area.Maintain effective communication with clients to ensure project success.Utilize Revit software to complete production and design tasks.Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and client expectations.Essential Skills5+ years of experience in the MEP industry.Proven project management experience.Professional Engineer (PE) License with a focus in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.Proficiency with Revit software.Additional Skills & Qualifications* Experience in managing projects related to medical facilities, commercial spaces, HVAC, and higher education.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working 5 days a week in the office as part of a collaborative team of 10 members. The role strictly adheres to a 40-hour work week.
