data strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational, digital, and AI transformation prioritiesDefine and lead the enterprise data architecture strategy to support scalable, secure, and high-performing data ecosystemsEstablish, implement, and enforce enterprise data architecture standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.Partner with executive leadership to influence, prioritize, and deliver enterprise data and analytics initiativesLead cross-functional collaboration between business, clinical, operational, and technology teams to ensure alignment on data prioritiesOversee the evaluation, selection, and optimization of enterprise data platforms, tools, and technologiesDrive enterprise data governance, data quality, metadata management, and stewardship programs across the organizationDesign and support of modern data platforms that enable AI/ML pipelines, including feature engineering and advanced analytics workflowsKnowledge of AI/ML frameworks and healthcare AI use cases, including how data architecture supports model development and deploymentProficiency with real-time streaming technologies such as Apache KafkaUnderstanding of Lakehouse architectures and cloud data platforms such as SnowflakeKnowledge of cloud-based data ecosystems that enable scalable analytics and system integrationAbility to design data models and curated datasets that support self-service analytics and data science teamsKnowledge of healthcare analytics, including population health and value-based care conceptsUnderstanding of clinical terminologies and enable faster time-to-insight and support AI innovationWhat is Required?Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field 10–15 years in data engineering, data architecture, or enterprise data management 10+ years minimum in healthcare or health IT environments 3–5 years in a Data Architect or Lead Architecture role Strong experience in healthcare data environments, including EMR/EHR systems and Epic and CernerProven experience enabling analytics and AI use cases through well-designed data architecture Expertise in data modeling (dimensional, canonical, and semantic models) Experience supporting BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Tableau Experience defining and executing enterprise-wide data strategy and governance frameworksDemonstrated ownership of enterprise data strategy, including roadmap development and execution aligned to business and AI prioritiesProven ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment across business and technology teamsExperience partnering with senior leadership to translate business objectives into scalable data architecture and platform solutionsHands-on experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, DICOM) Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow Proficiency with SQL, ETL/ELT tools, and modern cloud data platforms Preferred Certifications: Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) – DAMA International TOGAF Certification – The Open Group AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate Google Professional Data Engineer Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS) – HIMSS HL7 Certification – HL7 International Snowflake SnowPro Certification Optional: Power BI or Tableau certifications SkillsDesign and support of modern data platforms that enable AI/ML pipelines,
