Software Quality Engineer (OnBase)

TITLE: Software Quality Engineer LOCATION: Remote ENGAGEMENT TYPE: Contract — 3-year project duration WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING Build and execute manual (and some automated) test plans verifying that system integrations meet design requirements, as part of a multi-year legal case management modernization initiative: Create and execute manual test plans for solutions and integrations to verify the design meets requirements Build functional and non-functional manual tests according to the project's QA strategy Track and manage overall test progress, measuring system health by tracking results by component or feature set Participate in sprint planning and review test requirements and test cases Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Identify, manage, and report defects, including root-cause analysis (missed requirement, development defect, regression, severity) Manage test cases and test data across both manual and automated execution Receive hands-on introductory training on the organization's new case-management platform as part of the implementation project WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience testing complex enterprise software solutions or system integrations Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans Experience building and executing complex test plans Ability to measure overall system health by tracking test results by component or feature set Comfortable managing both automated and manual test cases and execution NICE TO HAVE: xPressions, K2, Azure, document generation/management/conditioning, or workflow tooling experience Authorization to work in the US is a precondition of employment - we do not sponsor work visas.
