Test Development Engineer

Role Overview: The Test Development Engineer supports manufacturing test processes for customer programs, collaborating with global teams to develop, implement, and maintain test frameworks and scripts.Key Responsibilities:Develop and support production test processes for servers, storage, and communications products.Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure consistent implementation standards.Execute ECOs and process changes to meet product requirements.Assist with debugging, failure analysis, and quality reporting to improve yields.Support transfer of products between facilities and work in an NPI environment.Support continuous improvement by maintaining and updating test code and scripts.Qualifications & Skills:BA/BS in a relevant field with 2-4 years' experience in hardware design, manufacturing, or testing of computing or networking products.Strong hardware architecture, networking knowledge, and Linux administration experience.Proficiency in shell scripting, Python; familiarity with Go, YAML is beneficial.Excellent communication skills and ability to interface confidently with customers.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to process changes.Experience with software development tools such as Jira, Git, Visual Studio.Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed.Key Attributes: Problem-solving mindset, customer-focused, collaborative team player, and adaptable to rapid development cycles.
