Key Responsibilities– Develop and implement knowledge managementKnowledge generationKnowledge transfer/ shareKnowledge retention (organizational memory)Create culture of learningStructure of knowledgeWell documentedWell trained peopleCreate good routine knowledgeKnowledge utilization– Monitor the effectiveness of knowledge management.– Develop knowledge management SOP/Policy for sustainable company growth.– Be a trainer.– Involve in the development and maintain the effective use of database management system (incorporated in HRIS system).– Involve and support DnT strategy plan.– Assist Manager DnT to develop OFL Academy.– Other tasks assigned by Manager DnT.Job QualificationsEducation:Bachelor degree or master in education, psychology, human resource development or relevant fieldsExperiences:3-years experiences in employee learning and development (in private sector)Skills and knowledge:Negotiating and influence skillsStrong understanding of human behaviors and ability to motivate peoplePresentation and facilitation skillsGreat writing skillBroad knowledge and ability to develop and enforce policy/ procedureComputer literacy (Microsoft office and other useful software)Language: Khmer and English (excellent)
