Appian Development Lead

Position: Appian Development Lead Location: Dallas, TXLong Term ContractWe have a requirement for Appian Development team lead.Preferred Location: Dallas TX else other locations (WA, IL, NY, NC, RI, CT, TN, NJ, AZ, WI, CA, PA, GA– hybrid working, at least 3 days a week from office.JD for the role is as below:Provide technical guidance to involved team members. Come up with scalable, and efficient architecture/ designs for Appian solutions. Get them reviewed & singed off from involved Architects and client stakeholders. Conduct code/ solution reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot reported application issues/ tickets and provide effective solutions. Lead, mentor, and motivate aligned team of Appian developers. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and participate in agile ceremonies and provide regular project updates. Resource in this role will design and develop Appian solutions.This will include:Implementing end-to-end process automation using Appian and other intelligent automation technologiesInterfacing with customer and work with various customer internal teams, coordinate and get the changes completed as requiredShould be good in communication and have worked with Customer directlyAble to work independentlyDeveloping Appian-based solutions using all object types available in Appian.Integrating with external applications using REST, SOAP-based APIs and files.Performing code reviews for Appian developersConducting root cause analysis for Appian outagesRestoring Appian services in the event of an outageExperience working with Appian pluginsPrimary skill required (must have): AppianAppian AI SkillsIntegration with internal/external systems using APIs, File Transfer etc.Aware of Application Security and how to interact with Secure Applications e.g. through Firewall, Secured APIs with Okta etc.
