Our client, a Luxury Jewelry Brand company that has been in business for decades are looking to hire a Part Time Operations Assistant to assist the Operations Manager in Miami, Florida.20 hours per weekDays/times or flexible hours Mon, Tues, Wed, Thursday 1pm-5pmPosition OverviewSeeking a poised, detail‐driven Part‐Time Operations Assistant to support the service, repair, and logistics functions. This role works closely with the Operations Manager and plays an essential part in delivering the level of precision, care, and service excellence our clients expect. The ideal candidate brings professionalism, discretion, and a commitment to craftsmanship in every task.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the first point of contact by answering the office phone and welcoming visitors with a polished, brand‐appropriate demeanor• Receive, log, and organize incoming packages, including customer timepieces and parts shipments, ensuring secure and accurate handling• Perform precise data entry for repair registration, service records, and internal tracking systems• Support the repair intake process by documenting watch details, preparing service files, and maintaining orderly repair queues• Manage spare parts inventory with meticulous attention to organization, labeling, and stock levels• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring each timepiece is packed with care and presented to brand standards• Coordinate shipping logistics, including labels, carriers, and tracking updates• Maintain a refined, orderly workspace that reflects the standards of a luxury environmentAssist the Operations Manager with workflow optimization, special projects, and operational improvementsQualifications• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy• Professional communication and presentation• Strong organizational skills and comfort with structured processes• Ability to handle delicate items with care and follow precise procedures• Experience in shipping, inventory, or repair environments is beneficial• A genuine appreciation for craftsmanship, luxury goods, or horology is a plusIdeal CandidateSomeone who understands that in a luxury brand, every touchpoint matters — from how a package is logged to how a repaired item is prepared for return.
