This role is pivotal in blending business development, scientific oversight, and team leadership within a dynamic agency environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for growing and managing a personal book of business, driving proposals and strategic recommendations, providing scientific direction for medical education initiatives, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality programs. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring of team members are also key aspects of the position.Candidates for this role at The Company should have 12-15+ years' of experience in medical education or life sciences agency environments, with a proven track record in revenue growth and client relationship development. A deep understanding of medical education formats and scientific content development is essential, as is the ability to lead cross-functional teams and demonstrate strong communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced scientific degree being preferred.
