Individuals who are trusted by clients, named on accounts, and capable of walking in the door with established relationships and revenue streams.We are seeking professionals who want to elevate their platform, expand their reach, and grow with a firm that is investing heavily in talent, client partnerships, and market presence.Key ResponsibilitiesThis role blends technical large loss adjusting with a true producer function, positioning you as both a lead adjuster on complex claims and a strategic growth driver for Davies.You will have the autonomy to manage high-severity losses, while leveraging your network to build, expand, and monetize client relationships across key sectors.Large Loss & Complex Claims LeadershipHandle high-exposure, complex casualty and liability claims, with a focus on energy, oil & gas, construction, and large commercial risksLead investigations, coverage analysis, and resolution strategies for multi-million-dollar claimsManage first- and third-party losses, including litigated mattersCoordinate with legal counsel, experts, and carriers to drive efficient claim outcomesServe as a trusted advisor to clients during critical, high-stakes situationsBusiness Development & Revenue GenerationLeverage existing relationships and market presence to generate new business and drive revenue growthAct as a named or preferred adjuster on programs, accounts, and contractsIdentify and convert opportunities within carriers, MGAs, brokers, TPAs, and corporate clientsPlay a key role in expanding Davies’ footprint in large casualty and energy sectorsClient Leadership & Market PresenceServe as a senior-facing partner to clients, delivering a best-in-class experienceStrengthen and expand strategic relationships through credibility, responsiveness, and resultsRepresent Davies in the market as a thought leader and industry expertLitigation, Appraisal & Expert EngagementManage litigated claims in collaboration with defense counselAct as an Appraiser and/or Umpire on complex disputesProvide expert insight on claim strategy, valuation, and resolutionCatastrophe & Field ResponseRespond to large loss assignments and catastrophe events as neededMaintain a strong field presence for high-severity and complex claimsSkills, Knowledge & Expertise10+ years’ experience as an Executive General Adjuster or senior-level adjusterProven track record managing large, complex casualty losses (energy, oil & gas strongly preferred)Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, build client relationships, and serve as a producerExperience being named on accounts, programs, or client rostersStrong background in litigation management, appraisals, and umpire workAdvanced technical expertise in coverage, investigation, and claim strategyProficiency with Xactimate and industry-standard adjusting toolsHighly driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate independentlyBenefitsBenefitsAt Davies North America, We Are Dedicated To Supporting The Well-being And Future Of Our Qualifying Employees.
