POSTION SUMMARY: We're looking for a Treasury Director to help shape and scale our finance organization during a period of growth and increasing complexity. This role is ideal for a finance leader who thrives on partnering across the business to evaluate drive working capital improvements, modelling out cash flow scenarios and working with lenders to finance our growth needs. You'll be primarily responsible for the company's cash and liquidity, owning banking relationships, working capital, and shared service finance operations. As a trusted partner to Finance leadership and the broader business, you'll bring discipline, clarity, and confidence to how we manage cash, risk, and day-to-day financial operations. Where You'll Work This role will be based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters. Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days. This range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position across all US locations, is based on a full-time work schedule, and is Welch's good faith estimate as of the date of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
