Automotive Service Technician - Mobile

Tired of being in the shop all day? Let's get moving! New Holland Auto Group is in need of an experienced Service Technician to lead our Mobile Service Division & Mobile Service Collision unit. Mobile Service Van provided! Our brands include Ford, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, and Toyota The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills. Must possess the ability to communicate with both internal & external customers in a professional manner. I.E. Independent Repair Shops, Collision Repair Shops, New Car Dealerships, Used Car Dealerships, & Fleet Companies. This Position Provides an HOURLY WAGE. $18-$25 per hour based on experience .Competitive compensation available based on experience. Minimum 2-5 Years' Experience Required. Job Responsibilities: Provide Mechanical Service & Technical Support to Collision Repair Shops, Mechanical Repair Shops and Fleet Customers to support proper and Safe Repair of Ford Products. Onsite Diagnostics, Software Updates & Reprogramming Services Pre-Collision Repair Scanning (Capturing DTC Codes) Post-Collision Repair Scanning (Identifying/Clear DTC Codes) Calibration (ADAS, Safety & Driver Convenience Systems) A/C Charging Service Communicate directly with a dedicated Service Advisor regarding the status of the requested work as well as the estimated time for completion so that customers can be kept informed Executes recalls & repairs to the manufacturer specifications Job Requirements: 2 - 5 Years of Technical On-the-job Experience Professional Appearance and Work Ethic Demonstrates Behaviors Consistent with the Company's Values in all Interactions with Customers, Co-workers.
