What matters most is reliability, initiative, and a willingness to learn.Essential ResponsibilitiesCompliance with all safety procedures.Operate the dryer to ensure proper bean moisture controlProvide routine cleaning of the grain dryer and surrounding areasCleans and maintains equipment.Moves materials from storage or work site to designated area, using hand truck, forklift, pallet jack, or other device.Maintains inventory, records, and location of equipment and materials moved.Performs other duties as assigned by management.Follow all company safety policies, food safety requirements (if applicable), and environmental regulations.Work collaboratively with team members and communicate production issues to supervisors.Perform other duties as assigned.What We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for individuals who:Take initiative and work efficientlyAre dependable and motivated to perform at a high levelHave a strong attention to detailWork well as part of a teamAre willing to learn new skills and responsibilitiesCan understand and follow rules, procedures, and safety policiesHave basic reading, math, and communication skillsMinimum RequirementsAt least 18 years oldValid driver’s licenseAbility to safely operate material handling equipment (training provided)Ability to:Carry 50 poundsLift up to 65 poundsPush/pull up to 120 poundsWork EnvironmentThis is a hands-on industrial position.
