Job Description:
The Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer will be part of the Wealth Management Client Operations organization, reviewing requirements of client onboarding, to include the fulfilment of Know Your Client (KYC). The Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer will review/validate the client documents gathered and entered by the onboarding officer in order to establish accounts. The Client Onboarding Quality Control Officer is expected to stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around client due diligence requirements, suitability and documentation.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience with in a financial services, operational or compliance fields preferred
Prior experience in AML / KYC preferred
Client Onboarding and/or documentation analysis experience preferred
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to get up to speed quickly with new or unfamiliar subject matter
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $30.44 - $31.07 per hour
