Job Overview
A high-end design and flooring company seeking a motivated and knowledgeable sales professional with experience in the flooring industry. Candidates with experience working with builders, architects, and designers are strongly preferred.
We have an opening in our Atlanta/ Tennessee territory. The Residential Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales growth within the assigned region, meeting sales targets, and effectively presenting the company’s products to prospects and customers. In this role, you will continue to generate new business while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing accounts.
A strong understanding of sales, particularly within the flooring industry, is highly desirable
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Meet regular sales targets
Provide timely responses to customer inquiries
Cold call new accounts and service existing accounts
Build and maintain relationships with customers
Promote the design and values of Company products
Schedule and attend field calls with customers
Set up samples displays and provide product samples to customers
Provides samples to customers and answers questions about pricing and product availability
Provide regular feedback via CRM and communication with the Regional Manager and/or channel VP
Qualifications
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Experience
Sales experience managing a territory
Sales experience managing a territory
Proven sales experience
Key customer relationship management experience.
Relationship oriented
Flooring industry knowledge
Select retail and distribution relationships
A&D sales track record
Relevant industry rolodex of key players
Commitment to CRM and in-depth knowledge

Requirements
Proven track record as a sales manager in the luxury home design industry.
Established book of business within the luxury home market, including designers, architects, developers, and contractors.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
