Hiring: Python AI Engineer | Mount Laurel, NJ | HybridWe're looking for a skilled Python AI Engineer with strong experience in building production-ready AI services, LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI workflows to join a fast-paced AI engineering team.Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Hybrid)Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension)Work Authorization: USC & GC Candidates OnlyKey Responsibilities & Skills:• Strong hands-on experience with Python and asynchronous frameworks such as FastAPI• Experience building production-ready AI services and APIs using Python• Strong understanding of REST APIs, gRPC, and event-driven architectures• Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) into production applications• Experience with Prompt Engineering and modern AI development frameworks• Strong experience designing and implementing RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines• Hands-on experience with Vector Databases and semantic search• Experience designing and implementing Agentic AI workflows• Familiarity with AI orchestration frameworks and multi-step AI workflows• Experience with model serving, inference, and production AI deployment• Strong database experience with SQL platforms such as PostgreSQL/MySQL and/or NoSQL databasesPreferred Skills:• Experience with Go and TypeScript• Strong understanding of microservices and cloud-native architectures• Experience deploying scalable AI applications in production environments• Familiarity with AI observability, evaluation, and performance optimizationWhat We're Looking For:A highly motivated Python AI Engineer who can bridge strong software engineering fundamentals with modern Generative AI capabilities and build reliable, scalable, production-ready AI solutions.Interested?
