Newborn Care Specialist A loving family in Salem, OR is seeking an experienced and patient Newborn Care Specialist to provide overnight support as they welcome their baby on May 20, 2026, with care to begin two days after birth. Schedule & Compensation 24 hours a day for the first 2 days 12 hours a night, for the next 10 days - for a total of 12 days (May 20th - 31st) Compensation: $40/hour The Ideal Candidate Has a calming presence and deep newborn expertise Able to gently guide and educate on essential aspects of newborn care, including feeding, bathing, sleeping, and diapering Supports parents’ rest and recovery during the newborn stage Discreet and respectful in their approach Understands the dynamics and expectations of working with high-profile families Must be vaccinated (TDAP, TB, COVID, Flu) If this sounds like a good fit, kindly email your resume to recruitment@thecradlecompany.com , and a team member will follow up to arrange a virtual interview.
