You are at the top of your game in membership sales and management, and you should have the background and experience to prove it.RESPONSIBILITIES:Be fitness minded and understand how to sell fitness memberships.Set daily goals for yourself and surpass company expectations.Assist in all aspects of running a clean and profitable club by working with all managers and team members to accomplish thisMust be proficient in selling fitness, multiple modalities and studio classesEnsure that you can communicate studio conceptsPassionate about community outreach and help the studio director in planning in studio eventsGenerate new clients and encourage the team to do the sameCreate a positive, safe teamwork environmentTake responsibility for all club needs.
