Strong technical background across VMware, Microsoft platforms, and infrastructure operations, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities: Provide daily operational administration for all server and desktop resourcesDeliver senior-level technical support for all production systemsMaintain and enforce the company's information security standards and protocolsEnsure compliance with login and access security standardsMaintain standard server and desktop configurations and deployment methodologiesContinuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance operational efficiencyPerform additional duties as assigned to support IT operations and business needsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent hands-on experience and/or relevant certificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlinesAbility to proactively communicate issues and risks that may impact timelines or deliverablesMinimum of 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator in VMware and Microsoft environments, including core networking capabilitiesProven experience managing VMware environments on Cisco infrastructureStrong hands-on experience with:Server provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle managementNetwork routing and infrastructure supportMicrosoft platforms (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.)Domain policy management and enforcement. Experience supporting casino-centric or highly regulated applications is a plusResponsible for monthly patching and updates using ManageEngine or similar toolsAbility to manage and support enterprise storage and backup solutions, including:Primary storage (Pure Storage)Backup and recovery platforms (Rubrik).
