Company DescriptionCompany has over 70 years of industry experience!Produces metal products!Lot of opportunity for growth!Job DescriptionLead and oversee the Quality Management system for an AS9100/NADCAP Aerospace certified facilityManage a team of approximately 25 direct reports, including 1 Inspector, 5 Quality Engineers, 4 Technicians, and 12 NDT TechniciansDrive continuous improvement of the AS9100/NADCAP system through corrective actions and root cause analysisServe as the strategic and tactical point of contact for supplier quality issues and audit findingsAddress and resolve non-conformance issues in partnership with Manufacturing to ensure product qualityKey Requirements BS Degree in a relevant engineering or quality discipline requiredExperience in an AS9100/NADCAP certified aerospace facility is mandatoryStrong expertise in corrective actions and quality management systemsBackground in heat treat, furnaces, or forging operations
