Join us in shaping a new era in space and find a career that's built for you.Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an Integrated Program Planning Manager to join our mission and lead a diverse team of Shop Floor Controllers, MRPs, and Production Schedulers supporting GPS, Commercial Civil Space (CSS), Special Programs (SP) and Space Protection Programs (SPP) in Assembly, Test, and Launch Operations (ATLO) at our Waterton Campus. The ATLO organization is responsible for the final build-up, test, and launch operations support of the spacecraft. Working with other leaders on the program and in the ATLO organization, you will ensure teams are set up to meet production schedule commitments to the customer. As the manager, you will be responsible for helping to train and direct your team through day-to-day activities.Summary Of Key Duties Leading, Staffing, and developing a PP&C team of individual contributors, through coaching, performance management, and accountability Supporting staffing, cross training, and development of bench strength to meet current and future production needs throughout the assigned ATLO portfoliosDriving Assembly, Test, and Integration execution within assigned scope, including material readiness, scheduling effectiveness, inventory accuracy, and system executionPlanning and aligning manpower and resources based on production demand and priorities within the ATLO areas Owning disciplined execution across PP&C functions, including:➡️Warehousing and material flow➡️Inventory accuracy and control➡️Physical and system based material movements➡️Production order management and line scheduling➡️Material Requirements Planning MRP➡️DD250 processing for final product Partnering with manufacturing, engineering, quality, supply chain, and program teams to resolve execution issues and remove roadblocks Reinforcing standard work, accountability, and continuous improvement across PP&C operationsDesired Skills Active TS/SCI w/ poly security clearance Prior leadership experience (either formal or informal leadership) Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) theory and practices Professional experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment Experience using SAP as a production ERP system Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Open Plan Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executives, leaders, and customersTo promote the sharing of ideas, Lockheed Martin fosters a work environment that encourages big-picture thinking.
