This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians looking for flexibility, autonomy, and a meaningful way to make a difference.Territory CoveredHome/Facility visits may take place across the following areas:Salt Lake CityOgdenHeberProvo/OremCandidates should be comfortable covering these regions as needed during their shift.
