Staff Accountant (Full-Cycle)St. Paul, MN | Onsite | $26–$28/hr | Immediate HireOverview We are seeking a hands-on Staff Accountant to support full-cycle accounting operations in a fast-paced, small company environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning multiple aspects of accounting and working across both financial and operational functions.Responsibilities • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes • Handle billing, collections, and cash applications • Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations • Assist with month-end close (journal entries, accruals, prepaids) • Maintain general ledger accuracy and support financial reporting • Track expenses and ensure proper documentation • Support inventory tracking and cost-related activitiesRequirements • 4+ years of hands-on accounting experience • Strong experience with AP, AR, billing, and reconciliations • Experience supporting month-end close • Comfortable working in small or less structured environments • Ability to manage multiple priorities independentlyPreferred • Manufacturing, construction, distribution, or product-based experience • Exposure to inventory or cost tracking • Experience with QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, reporting)MOHR Talent is an equal-opportunity employer and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local nondiscrimination laws.
