This role is open to support the growing demand for high-quality hiring across our GTM teams, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.As a Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in creating a seamless, welcoming experience for candidates while keeping our hiring processes running smoothly. You’ll partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, support a high volume of interviews, and ensure every candidate interaction reflects Levelpath’s values. Success in this role looks like well-run interview days, happy candidates, and recruiters who can move quickly because everything behind the scenes just works.This is a San Francisco–based, onsite role. Being in the office is essential to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, coordinating in-person interviews, and collaborating closely with our GTM leaders and recruiting team.What You’ll DoOwn end-to-end interview scheduling for GTM roles across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue OperationsAct as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely communication, guidance, and a warm introduction to LevelpathCoordinate onsite interviews in our San Francisco office, including scheduling, logistics, and candidate hospitalityPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure interview processes are efficient, organized, and candidate-focusedMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our applicant tracking systemSupport interview days and recruiting events to ensure a polished, high-quality onsite experienceIdentify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows, templates, and candidate experience as hiring volume increasesWhat You Bring To The Table1+ years of experience in a recruiting coordinator, recruiting operations, or people operations roleExperience supporting non-technical or GTM hiring, such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or OperationsHands-on experience scheduling interviews and coordinating across multiple stakeholders and calendarsFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting toolsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesClear, professional, and friendly written and verbal communication skillsA proactive, service-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in helping people and improving processesWhile not required, it’s an added plus if you have:Experience supporting hiring at an early-stage or high-growth startupExposure to high-volume or fast-paced GTM recruiting environmentsExperience coordinating onsite interviews or candidate eventsInterest in growing into recruiting, talent operations, or employer brandingFamiliarity with B2B SaaS or revenue-driven teamsBenefits100% Medical, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick LeaveCompetitive compensation and equity package401kCommuter benefitsIn-office snacks and Friday team lunchesTeam-driven happy hours and celebrationsThe estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $75,000 – $85,000 USD.Levelpath is committed to equal treatment and opportunity in all aspects of recruitment, selection, and employment.
