This line will be based on Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) and employ advanced building technologies where feasible. Once complete, there is second opportunity for an on-going collaborative relationship to finalize and stamp designs as each project ADU/Pod is sold to a customer. Ideal candidates will be located within a few hours of the Washington DC metro plex and hold a Virginia license.Boone Master Builders are based in Gainesville, VA.
