The Purchasing Buyer will be responsible for managing purchase orders, coordinating substitutions, and streamlining purchasing workflows to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisitions. The role includes working closely with vendors, exceptional organizational skills, timely follow ups, keeping purchasing records, analyzing invoices, and collaborating across departments to meet organizational needs.Qualifications3 years of proficiency in Purchasing Processes and managing Purchase OrdersStrong Analytical Skills to assess vendor performance and optimize procurement decisionsExperience Microsoft Office SuiteExtensive Communication skills for vendor and cross-departmental collaboration both written and verbalAttention to detail and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with healthcare industry requirements and procurement practices is a plusAssociate or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field preferredIndustryHospitals and Health CareEmployment TypeFull-time
