This role reports directly to the Chief Financial Officer and works closely with the accounting team and cross-functional leaders.The Financial Analyst will play a key role in financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics, helping the company maintain financial discipline while scaling operations. This position will contribute to internal reporting, board materials, and investor readiness while helping improve financial visibility across the business.The ideal candidate is highly analytical, comfortable working in a growth-stage environment, and motivated to improve processes and insights that support better business decisions.About YouYou are someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment and thrives on solving complex analytical problems.You likely demonstrate the following:Passion for working with companies in a growth or scaling phaseStrong analytical mindset with curiosity for understanding markets and business driversExcellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights clearlyComfort operating in dynamic environments with evolving prioritiesA collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership across multiple areasInterest in contributing to products and technologies that make a real-world impact to products and technologies that make a real-world impactKey Responsibilities:Financial Planning & AnalysisMaintain rolling forecasts and long-range financial projectionsPerform budget-to-actual variance analysis and identify key driversSupport scenario modeling and strategic planning initiativesImprove revenue visibility and forecasting accuracySales & Pricing SupportAssist Sales with pricing models and deal structure analysisSupport enterprise value proposition modelingContribute to bookings and pipeline visibility reportingVendor Cost & ManagementTrack vendor contracts and renewal schedulesMonitor major contracts (including AWS)Develop customer-level cost approximations to support margin analysisProvide visibility into key cost drivers and operational expensesSaaS Systems & Revenue Reporting (Cordillera)Maintain and update Cordillera system records (new orders, price changes, transaction revenue, project progression)Generate and reconcile ARR reportingReconcile invoice outputs and revenue visibility reportsRecord monthly transaction revenueIdentify opportunities to improve automation and system workflowsData & Business IntelligenceMaintain and enhance PowerBI dashboardsImprove automation and reporting processesEnsure consistency between financial and operational reportingFinancial Reporting & Board SupportMonthlyPrepare monthly financial reporting package including:ARR and revenue recognition reportingMajor customer highlightsP&L analysis with budget comparisonBalance sheet review supportBookings and revenue visibility reportingQuarterlyCompile quarterly financial reports for shareholdersPrepare Board of Directors reporting packagesSupport development of scalable, investor-ready reporting cadenceAssist in preparing financial narratives and KPI reporting for leadershipInvestor & Corporate Governance Support Support cap table managementAssist with investor diligence requestsMaintain documentation for audit and diligence readinessExperience:3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate accounting/finance, or public accountingStrong financial modeling and forecasting skillsExperience with SaaS metrics (ARR, revenue recognition, bookings, etc.)Advanced Excel proficiencyExperience building dashboards (PowerBI preferred)Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to work in a dynamic, growth-stage environmentPreferred Experience:Experience in a growth-stage or venture-backed companyFamiliarity with subscription revenue modelsExperience supporting board reporting or investor diligenceExposure to cap table managementExperience with a Quality Management System, a plus
