Dealer Performance Manager

In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to your accounts using a consultative approach to strengthen relationships, optimize performance, and drive long-term retention and revenue growth.What You'll DoManage and grow relationships with existing dealership partners within your assigned territoryDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive retention and revenue growthAnalyze dealership performance data to identify opportunities and recommend solutionsPresent APCO/GWC products and value proposition to align with dealer needsNegotiate renewals and contract terms to retain and expand businessBuild relationships with key decision-makers across dealership leadership teamsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a high level of service and partner satisfactionTravel regularly within your region to meet with dealership partnersWhat Makes You SuccessfulYou’ll be successful in this role if you are a relationship-driven sales professional who takes a strategic, consultative approach to account management. You’re able to understand the full picture of a dealership’s business, identify opportunities for growth, and align solutions that deliver measurable results.You’re also analytical and proactive, using data and insights to guide conversations and influence decisions.
