Compensation PackageBase Salary: $37,000 - $60,000 (depending on experience) + commissions Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc. ResponsibilitiesConduct cold calls and follow up on provided lead lists to sell personal lines insurance products. Quote new and renewal business, focusing on standard personal lines accounts. Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging your insurance sales expertise. Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a supportive and diverse environment. Participate in training and development during the initial 90-day training period. Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Experience: Proven insurance sales experience with the ability to discuss production numbers and achievements. Language Skills: Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required. Technical Skills: Familiarity with insurance management systems. Soft Skills: Strong communication, self-motivation, adaptability, teamwork, and a results-driven mindset.
