Creative Director

Creative Director (Multi‑Brand Consumer Business)People Architects is partnering with a fast‑growing multi‑brand consumer company to hire a Creative Director to lead its in‑house creative function.We’re looking for a design‑rooted creative leader who can set the bar for brand excellence, run a high‑velocity creative operation, and leverage AI + Agentic AI to scale quality, speed, and output across multiple brands.What You’ll DoOwn and evolve brand guidelines across multiple consumer brands and channels (digital, social, email, paid, web, packaging, print).Lead, coach, and elevate a growing in‑house creative team with clear direction, fast feedback, and strong taste.Run the creative function like an in‑house agency: intake, briefs, prioritization, routing, approvals, timelines, and delivery.Translate brand and marketing strategy into high‑performing creative that drives trust, engagement, and revenue.Direct photo/video production (briefs, shot lists, selects, post‑production).Partner closely with marketing, brand, product, and leadership to maintain standards and move fast.AI + Agentic AI ResponsibilitiesUse generative AI tools for concepting, storyboarding, design exploration, and rapid iteration.Implement Agentic AI workflows to automate repetitive tasks (resizing, versioning, localization, tagging, routing).Build AI‑assisted creative ops systems that increase throughput without sacrificing quality.Train and guide the team on responsible, brand‑safe AI usage.What You Bring6+ years of progressive creative experience with team leadership.Strong portfolio across D2C, e‑commerce, or consumer brands.Deep fluency in modern design tools (Adobe CC, Figma).familiar with generative AI and familiarity with Agentic AI workflows.Proven ability to build and enforce brand systems across multiple stakeholders.Experience running creative in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.Shopify/D2C familiarity is a plus.We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
