We're expanding our Medical Expert network across the following specialties:Internal MedicineEmergency MedicinePsychiatryHematology/OncologyRadiologyCardiologyNursingAs a Medical Expert, you'll design realistic clinical scenarios, evaluate model outputs against evidence-based standards, and help shape how the next generation of Al reasons about patient care. Work is asynchronous and remote you set your own hours.What You'll DoDesign clinically realistic prompts and scenarios drawn from your specialty (diagnostic reasoning, treatment planning, risk stratification, guideline concordance)Write "golden" reference responses at attending-level qualityGrade Al-generated responses against structured rubricsProvide written feedback the research team uses to improve model behaviorParticipate in weekly office hours and specialty calibration sessionsWho You AreMD/DO/RN practicing in the United States or CanadaActively practicing, board-certified or board-eligible in one of the listed specialtieComfortable reading literature and translating evidence into structured feedbac20+ hours per week of availability, flexible scheduleRates are set per specialty and seniority tier, benchmarked to the Mercor Sparta rate card. Expect $180-$300/hr payable depending on specialty and level of training. Your specific rate will be confirmed in your offer
