We pride ourselves on our collaborative team environment, supportive staff, and commitment to high-quality care.Position Overview The First Steps Physical Therapist (PT) provides early intervention physical therapy services to infants and toddlers (birth to 3 years) and their families in natural environments. This is a contract position offering flexibility to build your own caseload and schedule while delivering family-centered, evidence-based therapy services.Part-Time, Contract Position - Flexible scheduling with the ability to determine your caseload and availabilitySalary: $91.00 - $112.00 per hourKey Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services in natural environments (home and community settings)Conduct PT evaluations and ongoing developmental assessmentsCollaborate with families, service coordinators, and interdisciplinary team membersDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans and family-centered interventionsMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with First Steps and state requirementsCoach caregivers on strategies to support gross motor development, mobility, posture, and functional movementMonitor progress and modify interventions as neededWhy Embracing Abilities? Family-owned, mission-driven organizationCollaborative and supportive team cultureFlexible, contractor-based schedulingService Area: Hendricks County OnlyRequirements: Required Qualifications Applicants must meet all Indiana First Steps physical therapy hiring and credentialing requirements , including:Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of IndianaEligible for First Steps credentialing and enrollmentExperience working with infants, toddlers, and families preferredReliable transportation and ability to travel to client homesAbility to pass background checks, TB testing, and other required screeningsMust meet Indiana First Steps qualificationsStrong communication, organizational, and documentation skillsPart-Time PositionSalary: $91.00 - $112.00 per hour**Please note this position is for service area Hendricks County only, no remote work.**
