Brillio's relentless commitment to providing an exceptional experience to its Brillians and nurturing their full potential consistently garners them the Great Place to Work® certification year after year.Job Role: Technical Project Manager – AWS Contact Center Environments & CI/CD DeliveryLocation:- Dallas TX or St. Louis MOContract or Fulltime Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of two new AWS environments and the implementation of end-to-end CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and GitHub Actions for a cloud-based contact center platform built on Amazon Web Services services including Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda.The Project Manager will oversee cross-functional teams consisting of AWS Infrastructure as Code (IaC) Architects, Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), AWS Full Stack Developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders to establish a standardized software delivery lifecycle across the environments.This role is responsible for managing schedules, dependencies, risks, communications, and governance to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of the AWS contact center solution.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & GovernanceDevelop and maintain an integrated project plan for: Creation and configuration of AWS environments, Infrastructure provisioning using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & CI/CD pipeline design and implementation.Testing, validation, and production readiness.Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, assumptions, and dependencies.Establish project governance, status reporting, and executive communications.Manage RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalation paths.Facilitate steering committee meetings and stakeholder reviews.Environment Delivery CoordinationCoordinate AWS teams to replicate and configure environments consistent with production standards.Ensure networking, IAM, security, logging, monitoring, and compliance requirements are met.Oversee environment validation and sign-off processes.CI/CD Pipeline CoordinationManage implementation of GitHub-based pipelines to promote code and infrastructure.Coordinate automated deployments for:Amazon Connect contact flows and configuration artifactsAmazon Lex bots and intentsAWS Lambda functionsSupporting infrastructure templatesEnsure approval gates, rollback procedures, and release controls are defined.Cross-Functional Team LeadershipLead daily coordination across architects, developers, QA, and operations teams.Remove blockers and ensure alignment across technical and business stakeholders.Track resource utilization and project budget.Quality & Release ManagementCoordinate testing strategies, including system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.Manage release readiness reviews and deployment schedules.Ensure operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge transfer are completed.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.7+ years of project management experience leading complex cloud and software delivery initiatives.3+ years managing AWS-based infrastructure and application projects.Experience delivering CI/CD implementations using GitHub and GitHub Actions.Familiarity with Amazon Connect, Amazon Lex, and AWS Lambda.Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and waterfall project methodologies.Experience managing distributed technical teams and vendor partners.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Institute PMP Certification.Amazon Web Services certifications such as AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.Experience with contact center modernization programs.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.Knowledge of ITIL, change management, and release management practices.Key SkillsTechnical Project ManagementAWS Cloud DeliveryCI/CD Pipeline ManagementRisk and Dependency ManagementExecutive CommunicationAgile DeliveryRelease ManagementContact Center TechnologiesKnow more about Brillio : https://www.brillio.com/join-us/PPE: https://www.brillio.com/platform-and-product-engineering/Equal Employment Opportunity DeclarationBrillio is an equal opportunity employer to all, regardless of age, ancestry, colour, disability (mental and physical), exercising the right to family care and medical leave, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, medical condition, military or veteran status, national origin, political affiliation, race, religious creed, sex (includes pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and related medical conditions), and sexual orientation. #LI-PS1
