Manage crowds in a nightclub environment. Ensure proper identification and age verification of guests. Work and communicate clearly with staff in multiple departments. Troubleshoot potential problems, seeking resolution discreetly and professionally. Flexibility to perform other job related tasks deemed necessary by management. Adhere to and enforce company specific safety policies. Safe guard company property. Candidates must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Requires the ability to work efficiently and within a team environment. Requires the following valid documentation: Guard card certification. A background check is required.
