You will be responsible for ensuring alignment between engineering solutions, project execution, and business objectives, while partnering with cross-functional teams and external engineering firms.This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior leadership, ideal for a candidate who thrives in complex, fast-paced project environments and is motivated by delivering impactful, large-scale results.Lead the technical execution of a large, multidisciplinary capital project (building, process, utilities, automation)Oversee and coordinate multiple project workstreams (facility expansion, utilities, equipment installation)Manage and collaborate with external engineering firms, consultants, and contractorsReview, challenge, and validate engineering designs and deliverablesTranslate business requirements into technical specifications and execution plansEnsure alignment between technical decisions, project timelines, and overall objectivesSupport and oversee construction, installation, and commissioning activitiesDrive project performance to ensure delivery on time, on scope, and on budgetCollaborate with engineering partners during design development and technical reviewsMaintain a strong on-site presence during execution, ensuring effective coordination and project deliveryThe Expected Level Of StandardsBachelor’s degree in mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering discipline10-15+ years of experience in project engineering and capital project delivery within industrial or manufacturing environmentsProven track record successfully delivering large-scale capital projects ($20M+)Strong experience leading and coordinating multidisciplinary engineering projectsDemonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with external partners, consultants, and vendorsSolid systems thinking with the ability to navigate and oversee complex technical environmentsProven strength in project planning, structuring, and executionAbility to lead, influence, and drive alignment without direct authorityExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leadershipStrong stakeholder management skills in matrixed and evolving environmentsResilient, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to manage ambiguity and shifting prioritiesA role for those who take their work seriously and deliver consistently.Agropur welcomes people from all backgrounds and origins.
