Automotive Sales Manager

Automotive Sales Manager McLoughlin Chevrolet is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our domestic dealership in the local Portland Metro market. The Manager will have experience coaching, training and leading a team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years automotive sales management experience with a proven success record to increase unit volume, CSI and gross profit. This opportunity is for a forward thinking, professional, career minded manager. Previous sales, finance management, used/new car sales manager experience is a must. Leadership skills must be top tier in order to be considered. Ideal candidate must be a full dimensional manager with a proven record of volume and CSI success. We are looking for a Sales Manager that will work hard and long hours to ensure that we hit out goals. This manager must take us to number one! Top industry wage for the right individual.
