Sign on bonus: Candidates with less than 2 years experience, $10,000. Over 2 years experience, $25,000. 2 year commitment in order to receive full bonus. Certifications: BLS required upon submission. All other required certifications can be obtain after hire; please refer to Life Support Certification document in attachments. Licensure: Open to candidates who do not hold New Mexico or Compact licensure. Candidates must obtain prior to start. Differential shift rate of pay allows RNs to make extra based on their shifts.
