Work with advanced aerospace chemical-processing quality systemsDrive continuous improvement using APQP, FMEA, audits, and dataAbout Our ClientOur client is a specialized aerospace processing provider supporting high-precision, chemically based manufacturing for flight-critical components. Their facilities focus on rigorous process control, quality assurance, and compliance with demanding aerospace standards, including industry audits and certification programs such as NADCAP.Job DescriptionDevelop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve processes and product quality.Perform audits of production processes and supplier quality systems.Analyze data and generate reports to monitor quality performance.Support new product development by establishing quality standards and testing protocols.Maintain documentation related to quality standards and certifications.Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes and best practices.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
