Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager at our Centerville, TN location. The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations, ensure efficient workflow, and maintain high standards for product quality and safety. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, optimizing processes, coordinating equipment maintenance, monitoring inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role requires collaboration across teams to maximize efficiency and support the company's mission. Qualifications Strong knowledge of production planning, workflow optimization, and inventory management.Proficiency in supervising teams, employee development, and fostering a collaborative workplace culture.Experience with equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensuring operational efficiency.Familiarity with food safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality control processes.Ability to analyze data and solve problems to improve overall production performance.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Experience in the food production or manufacturing industry is highly valued.
