If you're an expert in email operations, campaign fulfillment, and segmentation—and you love building scalable, disciplined systems—this is the seat where your work directly drives revenue.Our audience of life science professionals is our core asset. Your job: ensure that every campaign, newsletter, and content promotion reaches the right reader at the right time, with flawless execution and airtight compliance.What You'll LeadCampaign & List Operations Own commercial list management and "smart circulations" that auto‐refresh and maintain strict hygieneExecute audience segmentation for advertiser campaignsManage sponsored sends, co‐reg programs, and all list‐based fulfillment with rigorous QCSending Governance & Compliance Define and enforce cross‐portfolio sending rules to prevent fatigueMaintain suppression integrity across all systems with zero tolerance for errorsCoordinate a unified sending calendar across brands and teamsNewsletter & Email Operations Oversee templates, deployment, QA, and A/B testing across the newsletter portfolioImplement dynamic content capabilities and mobile‐first rendering standardsBuild and maintain performance benchmarks and share actionable insightsDeliverability & QA Standardize pre‐send QA: seed tests, rendering checks, spam filtering, link validationMonitor inbox placement, reputation, bounces, and complaintsEnsure personalization logic is correct before every sendCampaign Fulfillment & Digital Advertising Ops Run end‐to‐end fulfillment for sponsored newsletters, promotions, and content‐driven campaignsEstablish SLAs and repeatable workflows that ensure consistency and high‐quality deliveryOversee and integrate programmatic digital advertising operationsAdvertiser Reporting Produce reporting packages that validate delivery, performance, and contracted fulfillmentLead quarterly circulation audits and provide transparent documentation to support renewalsWhat You Bring 10+ years in email operations, campaign fulfillment, or circulation managementExperience in B2B media or publishing strongly preferredExpertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred)Deep knowledge of deliverability, segmentation, and large‐scale newsletter operationsProven ability to build operational processes and lead cross‐functional teamsBackground in life sciences, healthcare, or complex B2B industries is a plusWhy This Role MattersThis isn't a tactical "email deployer" role.It's the operational hub of our commercial model.You'll take enriched, segmented B2B audiences—and turn them into revenue through precise, compliant, scalable campaign execution.
