Data Analyst

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Review operational and maintenance data to provide recommendations to senior leadership.• Compile data into reporting systems to inform staffing needs, assignment changes, and parameter adjustments for efficiency.• Monitor and evaluate data collection processes, recommending and implementing improvements and standard operating procedures.• Develop, implement, and maintain data collection, warehousing, and analytic tools.• Provide analytical and database support to various departments.• Develop key performance indicators and business metrics, making data-driven recommendations.What You'll Need• Master's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.• Two years of experience as a Data Analyst, IT Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or similar role within the transit industry.• Proven experience with QL Query Language and MS Forms.• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure Synapse Data Warehouse.• Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps and Power BI.• Familiarity with transit operations software such as Trapeze, Syncromatics, Spare, Rideco, and Ecolane.What's On Offer• Competitive salary.• Opportunity to work remotely within the continental U.S.• Drive service efficiency and performance improvements through data insights.• Contribute to a leading organization in the transportation sector.Apply via Haystack today!
