Neonatologist Opening â€" Level III NICU (Macon, Georgia)A dedicated children†s hospital in Macon, Georgia, is seeking an additional Neonatologist to join a high-performing NICU team serving central and south Georgia.About the Position-Work in a 66-bed, state-of-the-art Level III NICU within a Magnet-designated hospital for Nursing Excellence-26 weeks per year â€" one week on / one week off-Daily rounding with on-call from home every other night-Clinical appointment available at Mercer Medical School-Exceptional NNP supportClinical Scope-High-frequency ventilation-Inhaled nitric oxide-Therapeutic hypothermia / brain cooling-Strong pediatric subspecialty support-Hospital is a Level I trauma center and one of six designated perinatal/neonatal regional centers in GeorgiaWhy this NICU-Brand-new 50,000 sq. ft.
