About the JobRole: Source-to-Pay Program ManagerLocation: Remote – Boston, MA; occasional onsite visits for meetingsEmployment Type: ContractDuration: 6+ MonthsStatus: Accepting CandidatesAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Source-to-Pay (S2P) Program Manager to lead technology operations, platform strategy, implementations, and ongoing enhancements across sourcing, procurement, and contract management systems.The ideal candidate will have strong experience working across business and IT teams, managing enterprise S2P platforms, coordinating technology initiatives, and driving operational improvements.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Source-to-Pay (S2P) technology operations, strategy, and continuous improvement.Manage and support S2P platforms including ProcessUnity, DocuSign, Icertis, and Coupa.Support Concur as needed.Provide operational support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and enhancements for S2P platforms.Support the delivery of large-scale IT implementations and ongoing technology operations.Guide team members, conduct 1:1 meetings, and lead weekly team meetings.Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and escalation handling.Collaborate with business and IT teams across sourcing, procurement, and contract management.Coordinate cross-functional technology initiatives and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.Identify opportunities to improve S2P processes, systems, and operational efficiency.Required QualificationsExperience managing Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, sourcing, or contract management technology.Strong experience with enterprise applications and IT operations.Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, and ongoing application operations.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.Experience leading teams, coordinating activities, and managing escalations.Strong program/project management and problem-solving skills.Ability to collaborate effectively across business and IT organizations.Preferred ExperienceExperience with Coupa, Icertis, DocuSign, ProcessUnity, or Concur.Experience with procurement, sourcing, supplier management, or contract lifecycle management systems.Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms.Experience supporting large-scale technology transformation initiatives.Experience in a Program Manager, Technical Program Manager, Procurement Technology Manager, or S2P Technology Manager role.Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):Estimated hourly range: $90/hr to $100/hr (W-2).Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
