This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to contribute to our success.As a Sourcing Specialist, you will:Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) in OracleReview and validate requisitions before PO creationConfirm supplier setup and availability in OracleSupport production meetings by preparing PO and part status reportsManage Blanket Purchase Orders (BPOs) and handle releases, expediting, and payment follow-upCommunicate with suppliers via email and calls to request quotes, expedite materials, and clarify requirementsMaintain documentation for auditability and PO attachmentsRequirementsHands-on experience with Oracle OSCAR and/or Oracle PASCALStrong Microsoft Excel skillsBachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in sourcingEnglish language proficiencyPreferencesExperience in the Oil & Gas industryBackground in service, repair, or maintenance environmentsExperience with aero-derivative products or turbomachinery repair/servicesFamiliarity with SAP or similar modern ERP systemsThis is an office-based position with remote work options on Mondays and Fridays.
